Nicholas graduated with honors Cum Laude from the University of North Florida in 2006. Following College, Mr. Blatti attended NSU Shepard Broad College of Law and graduated in 2009 and graduated from NSU on the Dean’s list.
After graduating Law School, Nicholas fulfilled a personal and professional dream and moved from Florida to New York City. Nicholas began working with a personal injury firm in Flushing, New York and obtained real legal experience both inside and outside the courtroom and it was at this job that Nicholas realized he wanted to represent victims against Insurance Companies. “Fighting for an individual against a large corporate defendant or against an insurance company just felt right and I knew this was the path for me.”
After several years working in Flushing, Nicholas obtained a job with a preeminent New York personal injury firm in downtown Manhattan. At this firm Nicholas was again able to gain invaluable experience representing victims who have suffered serious and significant injuries caused by the negligence of others. On a daily basis, Nicholas would be in constant contact with his clients and at the same time, was handling depositions, negotiating settlements and arguing before the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He handled construction accidents, car and truck accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls and workers compensation claims.
Having spent a number of years managing hundreds of files at a time, Nicholas then joined the Law Office of Darren T. Moore P.C., in 2021 and currently manages the intake department and litigates personal injury matters, including construction accidents, car and truck accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls and workers compensation claims. Nicholas is aggressive about advocating on behalf of his clients, fighting against the insurance companies and corporate defendants but at the same time maintaining the empathy and compassion needed to guide and direct injury victims through the process.
Nicholas, is currently admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of Florida. Nicholas is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and also held the role of Appellate writer for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. An avid sports fan, Mr. Blatti loves all American sports and in particular follows the US soccer team.
